Giving Opportunites

You can decide how your gift will impact the CVM

Philanthropy is a powerful force in sustaining our college. Since it was founded in 1947, the College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) has relied on private contributions, in addition to other sources, to fulfill its mission of teaching, research, and service.

Giving opportunities:

Scholarships & Fellowships
The College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) offers scholarships to students throughout the course of their veterinary education. With the help of Alumni & Friends the CVM awarded over $420,000 in scholarships to students in 2015.

Chairs & Professorships
The quality of the College is directly related to the quality of our faculty; an educator’s impact has a rippling effect, their contributions will be felt by our academic community for many years to come.

Minnesota Veterinary Historical Museum
The MVHM tells the story of veterinary progress in Minnesota and ensures that the persons responsible for so much of our past progress are not forgotten in our future.
