The Center for Animal Health and Food Safety (CAHFS) fosters public-private partnerships that advance new knowledge, innovative experiential learning programs and scientifically-sound public policy to advance global animal health and food safety leadership.

The Center for Animal Health and Food Safety actively supports a new program, the Global Initiative for Food System Leadership (GIFSL). The Global Food System Initiative works to provide worldwide food security and protect this diverse global food supply from farm to fork, from producer to consumer.
