Farm to Table 2014
The 2014 Farm to Table Study program will explore the food system from farm-to-table in Costa Rica, which has a food processing industry that produces nearly US $1 billion annually.
Technical site visits will include beef and dairy farms, beef, pork, and milk processing plants, tilapia and shrimp facilities, butcher shop and supermarkets and meetings with federal regulators.
