When you click on a particular spreadsheet to download, the spreadsheet may load in your browser (i.e. in Internet Explorer). To save the spreadsheet to your hard drive, you may either:
(1) Right-click on the link below and then choose "Save Target as," or
(2) Click on the link, and if the file launches in your browser, choose "File/Save as."
Once on your hard drive, open the sheet in EXCEL so that you have all of EXCEL's functions available to you.
