Honor Case Commission

Objective / Statement of Purpose
The Honor System is most accurately defined as a student self-government system for conducting examinations.  It operates on the assumption that a large majority of students are honest and enjoy working best in a situation where their honesty, or the honesty of others, is not in question.  It operates to prevent or stop cheating as well as to punish those who cheat and is, essentially, a preventive procedure.

The major purpose of the Honor Code is to promote the ethical standards of personal conduct among students in the College of Veterinary Medicine.
