VetFAST Application Materials

The 2013 VetFAST application is now available. Please read the application carefully for instructions. Please complete the application and return it to your VetFAST academic advisor by 4 p.m. CDT on Friday, April 26, 2013.

Three reference forms are required. Your reference writers may submit their reference forms directly to your VetFAST academic advisor or may return the evaluation to you in a sealed envelope with their signature written across the flap. Evaluations returned by the applicant in an unsealed envelope to the VetFAST academic advisor will not be accepted. Reference forms are also due to your VetFAST academic advisor by 4 p.m. C.S.T. on Friday, April 26, 2013. Please be sure to remind your reference writers of the due date and time.

Official transcripts are also required from both high school and any college or university attended outside of the University of Minnesota system. Official transcripts can be collected by the applicant and submitted with the other application materials as long as they remain in an officially sealed envelope. Transcripts received in an unsealed envelope will not be accepted.
