ESUP Upgrade

Recruiting Timeline

The upgrade for the new employment system, Recruiting Solutions, is scheduled to begin April 3rd. The following dates outline specific recruiting processes that will be impacted during the cut-over period, April 3rd-April 20th.

  • Friday, April 3: The last day to post or re-post a requisition within the current employment system, PeopleAdmin. Please note, requisitions cannot be posted or re-posted April 4th-April 19th.
  • Friday, April 17: Close all student and blanket requisitions.
  • Sunday, April 19: The last day applicants can apply to a requisition within PeopleAdmin. Applicants will not be able to apply to requisitions posted on or before April 3rd after this date. If you do not have an adequate candidate pool by this date, a new requisition must be posted in Recruiting Solutions.
  • Monday, April 20: Creation of job openings (requisitions) begins in Recruiting Solutions.
  • Monday, April 20-Tuesday, June 30: Both Recruiting Solutions and PeopleAdmin will be used: Recruiting Solutions for all new job openings and PeopleAdmin to complete the hire process for previously posted openings. PeopleAdmin is open through June 30th only.
