Academic Interests
My research focuses on infectious diseases of swine and humans, specifically human foodborne pathogens and the reduction of human foodborne Salmonella in swine. I also study xenotransplantation, probiotics, and prebiotics, as well as working on the elimination of porcine reproductive respiratory syndrome virus without depopulation.
