Annual CVM open house rescheduled for October 11 during homecoming weekend

Annual College of Veterinary Medicine open house rescheduled for October 11 

MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL (March 30, 2009) – The annual University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine open house, normally scheduled for the first Sunday of April, will take place on Sunday, October 11, 2009, from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. The event will be incorporated with the University of Minnesota homecoming celebration and College of Veterinary Medicine alumni reunion.

The College of Veterinary Medicine open house offers visitors an opportunity to Learn about the services, research, and educational opportunities offered by the College of Veterinary Medicine; see the Veterinary Medical Center, The Raptor Center, and Leatherdale Equine Center; visit animal and veterinary-related booths representing educational opportunities, animal welfare, and the well-being of animals; and take part in hands-on activities, demonstrations, and exhibits.
