MVMA awards
MVMA names Carl Jessen Veterinarian of the Year; Stephanie Valberg receives Outstanding Faculty Award(February 8, 2013) — Dr. Carl Jessen, retired professor and current treasurer of the Minnesota Veterinary Historical Museum, received the Veterinarian of the Year Award and Dr. Stephanie Valberg, professor and director of the University of Minnesota Equine Center, was honored with the Outstanding Faculty Award at the Minnesota Veterinary Medical Association Conference on February 8.
