Hotel
New for 2008!
Conference participants can book their hotel room online. Enter AD8 in the GROUP BOOKING CODE box to receive the specially negotiated conference rate of $150 USD. This rate is available via the website for the nights of September 19-23. If your reservation extends beyond those parameters, you must call the hotel at 612-292-1900.

Hours
Monday, September 22; 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday, September 23; 7:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Conference registration begins at 7:00 a.m., conference begins at 8:00 a.m. A continental breakfast will be served in the exhibit area at 10:00 a.m. during the first conference break. All additional refreshment breaks will be served in this area.

Fee

The exhibit fee includes:

• 8’ x 10’ draped exhibit space
• One table
• Two chairs
• Conference registration and materials for two representatives

There is no limit to the number of people who may participate as exhibit reps; company representatives in addition to the two included with the booth fee are welcome to register at the $265 level.

Site Assignment
We are able to accommodate specific site requests, but payment must be received in order to guarantee the site. Click here for 2008 site layout and pricing. Indicate your site preferences on the registration form. If your site selections are already occupied, the next available site will be assigned. Registrations received after September 1 will be assigned according to space availability.

Exhibitor Check-In
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Sunday, September 21
7:00 a.m., Monday, September 22

Exhibit Set-Up
Set-up begins at 7:00 a.m., Monday, September 22. All exhibits must be in place by 10:00 a.m. on Monday.

Exhibit Closing
Exhibits must stay in place until 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 23.

The Leman Conference offers an opportunity for colleagues and clients from around the world to gather. As an exhibitor you are invited to participate in our official social functions.

We appreciate you scheduling private social functions after these have concluded.
