Speaker Information

Presentation length (except keynote and perspectives talks) are maximum 15 minutes and up to 5 minutes for questions.

There will be audio visual equipment including a projector with a computer. Please DO NOT bring your own laptop for the presentation.

Only powerpoint presentations are possible. Your powerpoint file should be handed to the technical staff no later than one hour before the session in which you are speaking.

Arrive at your session at least 15 minutes early, so that you can test your slides and make certain they appear as intended.  It may be too late to make changes at this stage.  

Contact your session chair the day prior to the session and let them  know that you have loaded your presentation and provide other necessary details.
