Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship Levels
All participating sponsors will receive the following:
•  Company logo and sponsorship level displayed on the Colloquium website
•  Company logo and sponsorship level displayed in the Colloquium program
•  Company logo and sponsorship level displayed at the Colloquium
•  Verbal recognition of sponsorship at the Colloquium

Additional benefits listed by sponsor level:
Gold sponsors - $10,000 and above
•  Permission to use the official 10th ICP logo on your own advertisements/promotions (subject to approval by colloquium organizers)
•  Free full page advertisement space in the Colloquium program
•  Free conference registration and participation for up to 4 persons
•  Free space for a commercial display booth with priority location
•  Free placing of advertisements (pen, brochure, etc.) in the Colloquium bag
•  First priority and a 50% discount on sponsoring a special sponsorship opportunity

Silver sponsors - $5,000
•  Free half-page advertisement space in the Colloquium program
•  Free conference registration and participation for up to 2 persons
•  Free placing of advertisements (pen, brochure, etc.) in the Colloquium bag
•  Second priority and 25% discount on sponsoring a special sponsorship opportunity

Bronze sponsors - $1,500
•  Free placing of a single advertisement (pen, brochure, etc.) in the Colloquium bag
•  10% discount on sponsoring a special sponsorship opportunity

Special Sponsorship Opportunities
Special sponsorship opportunities will be distributed on a first-come basis. Requests for these items will be placed on a waiting list until February 6, 2009 at which point the slots will be awarded to sponsors at the highest position(s) on the list. Please note that Gold and Silver level sponsors will receive priority placement at the top of the waiting list.
•  Delegate colloquium bags and travel mugs ($3,000 – 2 slots): Delegates will receive a reusable nylon or canvas tote bag and travel mug. Each bag and mug will be printed with the 10th ICP logo. Placement and sizing of company logo(s) is subject to approval by conference organizers.
•  Delegate lanyards ($1000 – 1 slot): Sponsor will provide lanyards with the company name and/or logo. The lanyards will be distributed to all Delegates along with the Delegate name tags.
•  Display booth ($500 – 6 slots): Sponsor will receive a display area containing a 2 x 8 foot table and two chairs. The displays will be located adjacent to the area where refreshment breaks will be taken. Placement of displays will be based on sponsorship level and on a first-come basis.
•  Official dinner ($5,000 – 2 slots): It is possible to sponsor the Official Colloquium Dinner on the evening of August 13. The company logo will be placed on the Dinner invitation. Additional acknowledgement of sponsorship will be provided in the form of signage and verbal recognition at the Dinner.
•  Refreshment breaks ($200 – 6 slots): It is possible to sponsor one or more refreshment breaks during the Colloquium. In addition to signage in the refreshment area acknowledging sponsorship, sponsors will also be allowed to provide napkins and/or cups bearing company logos.
