Upper Mississippi Veterinary Pathology Conference

The 2008 conference has been canceled. The conference will be rescheduled for 2009.

The Upper Mississippi Veterinary Pathology Conference is collegial gathering of the veterinary pathology community in the Upper Midwest.  This goal of this conference is to continue to advance our knowledge in veterinary pathology through sharing interesting cases and to enhance communication between the different members of our community which reside in the Upper Midwest.   Everyone interested in veterinary pathology (including Anatomic or Clinical Pathologists, pathology residents/trainees, and graduate or veterinary students with interest in veterinary pathology) is welcome to attend.

Case Presentations
Please consider sharing your case through a presentation. (link to case submission process)

• Clinical pathologists: please share your interesting blood smears or cytological preps.
• Diagnostic pathologists: we all love to see infectious diseases, surgical biopsies, and other lesions that demonstrate pathologic processes.
• Pathology residents:  bring a fascinating case and get experience giving a presentation at professional conferences.
• Pathologists in industry: bring background lesions or interesting manifestations of disease
• Researchers:  bring an interesting lesion that pop up in those genetically engineered mice.

Those that do not wish to present are also welcome to come and contribute during each Q&A session. 

All attendees (presenters and non-presenters) need to complete online registration.

Join us in this is a great opportunity to share an interesting case with our colleagues; network with other pathologists in industry, diagnostic labs, government positions, or academia; meet up with old friends; and perhaps do a little recruiting.
