Submission Process

• Select a case in which you can demonstrate interesting pathology through a 12-15 minute PowerPoint presentation. 
• Next:
• • Anatomic Pathologists: have 30 recuts made of the slide which demonstrates the features you will discuss
  • Clinical Pathologists: select a digital image of the case which has the features you will discuss
• Complete Submission form
• • Fill out both pages of the Submission Form, electronic version preferred
  • Please do not exceed one page for Case Summary
  • Note: see Submission Form Example  for additional clarification
• Send  to Dr. Sheree Beam (contact information below):
• • Completed 2 page Submission Form (electronic version) Slide recuts or digital image
• Fill out the online registration form (including registration fee -$45)
• • Note:  The registration form is a separate document from the submission form.  Both must be completed if you intend to present a case.
• A collated slide set with case histories will be returned to each presenter prior to the meeting.
• You review the history and the slides and come prepared to discuss each case.  The answers will not be distributed in advance.
