The Equine Center represents a comprehensive program identified as a “Program of Excellence” within the College of Veterinary Medicine. This program, anchored by the new Equine Center facility, will build upon an internationally recognized equine research program to make further innovative advancements with an emphasis on equine performance; provide a broad scope of educational opportunities within the equine industry, including community outreach programs; and expand interdisciplinary collaborations involving faculty from many of the colleges within the University.

What contribution can your small business make?
Make the Equine Center a physical reality by helping to build the new state-of-the-art facility on the University of Minnesota, St. Paul Campus.

As a non-profit educational organization, the commitment from our business partners is vital to our success. Cash contributions and in-kind services from businesses help when there is no other financial support. There are three ways your company can support the University of Minnesota Equine Center capital campaign.

• Gifts to support building the new state-of-art Equine Center. Gifts can be directed toward very specific naming opportunities in the new facility, such as surgical suites, examination rooms, stalls, and fence sections.
• Gifts to support the chair in equine sports medicine or the chair in equine nutrition. Gifts can be directed to support these endowed positions.
• Donations of products or services.  In-kind gifts can be directed toward the new facility, grand opening events, and student programs.
