A series of deadlines. For grants submitted via grants.gov, the University's Sponsored Projects Administration (SPA) requires that the complete grant application be in their office at least five days before the federal agency's deadline. (See SPA's deadline calculator.) For all other grants, SPA requires 24 hours. The CVM Research Office must receive your grant's administrative package at least three working days prior to SPA's deadline, and your departmental administrators have their own deadlines designed to allow them to meet the others.
