Grants and Scholarships

SCAVMA Senior Externship/RAOI Grants 
SCAVMA will now give $3000 every year for senior externships and RAOIs!  Click here to download the application. Be sure to read the information at the top to make sure you and your trip qualify.

Reimbursements

Everyone must fill out a UMN reimbursement form. If you are a UMN employee, please write this anywhere at the top of your form to expedite the process.

If you are not currently an employee of the University of MN, you also need to fill out a vendor form and an independent contractor form. You only need to fill out these forms once, as they will be kept on file.

Give the completed form(s) with receipts staples to the current SCAVMA treasurer. You can expect your reimbursement in 4 - 6 weeks. If you are a University employee, your reimbursement will come in your regular check.
