Eligible for the following SCAVMA Benefits:

· SCAVMA will pay your dues for your senior year if you are in good standing by March of your junior year (includes attending 12 meetings and fulfilling your committee requirement)

· Eligible to apply for SCAVMA Travel Grants

· Eligible for the following American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) benefits:

· SCAVMA subscription rates to the Journal of the AVMA (JAVMA) for $40 and the American Journal of Veterinary Research (AJVR) for $40.Subscriptions are for the calendar year following your SCAVMA registration (i.e. if you order the journal in the Fall of 2006, your subscription will start January 2007)

· Free advance registration to the AVMA annual meeting.

· Access to the AVMA Auxiliary Student Loan Fund (up to $8000) and the AVMA Scholarship.
