Studies on-going or to be started in the next few months:

•  Using 3 years of historical PRRS status in 300 sow herds across the US to study a unique set of spatial and temporal risk factors of infection.
   
• Use of cyclonic air collectors to describe the frequency, diversity and quantity of aerosolized PRRS virus around 8 breeding herds in MN.
   
• Effect of PRRS vaccine on regional PRRS aerobiology.
