Medical Imaging
Kari Anderson, Clinical Professor and Section Chief Dr. Anderson received her D.V.M. from the University of Minnesota, completed a small animal rotating internship at North Carolina State University, and completed her radiology residency at the University of Tennessee. Prior to her radiology residency, Dr. Anderson practiced for two years at a small animal veterinary hospital in Minnesota. Her special interests include clinical applications of radiology, nuclear medicine and ultrasound. Dr. Anderson has 13 years of radiology experience. Daniel Feeney, Professor Dr. Feeney received his D.V.M. from Colorado State University, completed a small animal rotating internship at Purdue University, and completed his master’s degree and radiology residency at the University of Georgia. His special interests include the use of imaging techniques (particularly radiography, ultrasonography, and computed tomography) to conduct medical work-ups and investigate spontaneous disease. Dr. Feeney has 31 years of radiology experience. Tsuyoshi Murakami, Clinical Instructor Dr. Murakami received his D.V.M. from the University of Tennessee, completed a small animal rotating internship at the University of Minnesota, and completed his radiology residency at the University of Minnesota. He is currently completing a PhD at the University of Minnesota while providing clinical service in the veterinary medical center. Dr. Murakami has 4 years of radiology experience. Chris Ober, Assistant Clinical Professor Dr. Ober received his D.V.M. from North Carolina State University, completed a small animal rotating internship at Tufts University, and completed his PhD and radiology residency at the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. His special interests include musculoskeletal imaging and the use of computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging to evaluate spontaneously occurring disease. Dr. Ober has 5 years of radiology experience. Sarah Tibbs, Resident Chris Warrington, Resident Laura Ziegler, Assistant Clinical Professor Dr. Ziegler received her D.V.M. from the University of California-Davis and completed her residency at the University of Wisconsin. Prior to her radiology residency, Dr. Ziegler practiced for five years in small animal veterinary hospitals in Pennsylvania. Her special interests include collaborative clinical research in radiology, computed tomography and ultrasound. Dr. Ziegler has 10 years of radiology experience.
