To Start:
Step 1: Register WITH FULL MAILING ADDRESS Required
Step 2: Choose one test date
Step 3: Provide payment ($100) and a receipt will be automatically emailed to you
 

Test Dates:
There are currently no more test dates for 2011. To find out more about 2012 test dates please email us at vetmedce@umn.edu.
 

What happens next:
You will receive a new PQAPlus Training Binder in the mail and the url at which you can view the three online modules. Review all materials before taking the test. You will receive your examination in an email from the instructors on the exam date you chose when registering. Please note: You must email the completed examination within 2 days of taking it (open book examination).

Study Aids and Grading/Re-certification:
Before your examination date, you will receive an email with information about a conference call you can attend at which you can ask questions of the instructors about any material related to PQAPlus.
When you return the exam (within 48 hours), if you pass, we will register your re-certification with National Pork Board. If you do not pass the exam, the instructors will let you know which questions you missed, identify the correct answer, and send a second exam for completion. You will be able to complete up to three exams in this manner if necessary. All exams are open book. However, please remember that professional ethics dictate that each person completes his/her exam without the help of another person!
