Fee

The exhibit fee includes:

• 8’ x 10’ draped exhibit space
• One table
• Two chairs
• Conference registration and materials for two representatives

Each booth includes registration for two representatives. Three company representatives in addition to the two included with the booth fee are welcome to register at the $325 level.

Site Assignment
We are able to accommodate specific site requests, but payment must be received in order to guarantee the site. Click here for 2013 site layout and pricing. Indicate your site preferences on the registration form. If your site selections are already occupied, the next available site will be assigned. Registrations received after September 1 will be assigned according to space availability.

Exhibitor Check-In
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Sunday, September 15
7:00 a.m., Monday, September 16

Exhibit Set-Up
Set-up begins at 6:30 a.m., Monday, September 16. All exhibits must be in place by 10:00 a.m. on Monday.

Exhibit Closing
Exhibits must stay in place until 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 17.

The Leman Conference offers an opportunity for colleagues and clients from around the world to gather. As an exhibitor you are invited to participate in our official social functions.

We appreciate you scheduling private social functions after these have concluded.
