The Veterinary Clinical Sciences Department, College of Veterinary Medicine University of Minnesota invites you to a one-day
(7.0 CE credit hours) cytology workshop led by clinical pathologist Jed Overmann, DVM, DACVP.
Target Audience
This workshop is designed for DVM’s, but is also open to veterinary technicians who are interested in improving their microscopic evaluation skills of tissue aspirates and/or fluid samples.
Workshop Purpose:
At the end of this workshop, participants will have an increased comfort and expertise in microscopic examination of:
1. skin “lumps and bumps”
2. lymph nodes
3. body fluids

Registration is limited to 20 participants each day, so register now to reserve your seat. You can sign-up for either Thursday, July 28th or Friday, July 29th, the choice is yours!
The cost of the one-day workshop is $225 and includes:
• Printed copy of all learning materials
• CD copy of all learning materials for future reference
• Seven (7) continuing education credit hours for DVMs
• Light breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack
Registration is accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
