A Customer Contact Center team member will call you to discuss your needs and schedule an appointment. The team member will do their best to match your schedule with our clinic schedule | | | | Appointments without a referral | While we encourage clients to consult with their veterinarian prior to coming to the VMC, a referral is not required. Our Customer Contact Center (612-626-VETS (8387)) can assist you in scheduling an appointment. Critical or urgent cases can be seen 24/7 by our emergency service. Not all VMC specialties are available 24/7 and after-hours care through our ER may result in additional charges. Our clinicians are available to help you decide whether your pet requires urgent care. | | | | What to bring to your first appointment | The Veterinary Medical Center is located at 1365 Gortner Avenue in Saint Paul, Minnesota. A map of the general area and directions to the hospital are located to the right, under directions. If a veterinarian has previously seen your animal, please bring copies of those records with you. If radiographs or other imaging have been taken, please bring a copy of those as well. If your clinic utilizes digital imaging, our facility would prefer, when at all possible, to have the original DICOM images. | | | | | | |
